Shipping
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and dispatch. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders are sent via a tracked courier service.

Returns
You have the right to cancel your order and request a return within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK consumer law. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return, please email us at hello@araeyewear.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
